A Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Workshop

The practice of therapeutic yoga aims to relax your mind while strengthening your body and spirit. This workshop will offer a combination of meditation, breath work, deep stretching, and physical poses to cultivate a deeper awareness of yourself. This will be a beginning level workshop but can offer the nourishing support of group practice to individuals who are already experienced practitioners.
